Over the weekend in celebration of V-Day, a global movement to end violence against women and girls, 30 students performed Colgate’s annual production of Eve Ensler’s The Vagina Monologues. Students performed narratives from a diverse group of women which ranged from humorous to heartbreaking. Although the show was free, attendees were able to give donations which were given to Vera House in Syracuse, N.Y. The Vera House provides educational programming and emergency assistance for cases of domestic and sexual violence.
