Today, the Office of Admission staff was invited to Frank Dining Hall to sample food from a new station, Wild Mushroom. Executive Chef Michael Stagnaro walked us through the station which is devoted to vegetarian and vegan dining, and we all enjoyed a delicious lunch. Wild Mushroom is just one way Colgate is diversifying dining options on campus—Donovan’s Pub, in James C. Colgate Student Union, is now serving a pub-style menu for dinner.

That is so exciting! I’m a vegan and I’m very interested in Colgate, and this is really great to hear. I can’t wait to visit in March!
